Heaven and Hell Cave
Heaven and Hell Cave (Cennet ve Cehennem) are two natural formations located in the southern part of Turkey, in the Mersin region. These caves have an unusual shape and are associated with myths and religious symbols.

Heaven Cave (Cennet):

Heaven Cave is a large vertical cave located on the side of a mountain. It has a diameter of about 250 meters. Inside the cave, there are natural forms resembling green spaces, and the cave itself symbolizes paradise.
The entrance to the cave is a huge crack in the ground. Inside the cave, you can see beautiful vegetation and water bodies. The cave got its name because many associate this place with the gardens of paradise due to its beauty and greenery.
Hell Cave (Cehennem):

Hell Cave is located near the Heaven Cave and has a deeper and darker impression. It is an almost rectangular cave with dark and high walls. There is a cliff and a deep abyss, which evokes associations with hell.
The entrance to the cave is also a large cliff, from which a stunning view opens up. It is said that the place was once used by ancient civilizations for religious ceremonies.
These caves are famous not only for their natural appearance, but are also associated with local legends and myths, which makes them popular among tourists. Locals believe that this location symbolizes the transition between life and death, and the caves themselves represent two opposite worlds - heaven and hell.
