DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

Pursuant to the "Regulation on the application procedures and principles of distance contracts" published in the Official paper dated 13.06.2003 and numbered 25137, it is obligatory to conclude a contract for sales made over the internet. Contract details are as follows.

BUYER: The address and contact information used by the customers when requesting service from www.sejagroup.com are taken as basis.

It is the airport transfer sales portal of SEJA GROUP TURIZM SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI (www.sejagroup.com), and it is registered with Antalya Institutions V.D 203 077 9302 tax office and Antalya Chamber of Commerce and Industry registration number 118879.

Seja Group reserves the right to change any conditions and information available on the site and site extensions, including the terms of the contract, without any prior notice. If you feel any lack of understanding of the terms of the contract, please contact the Customer Service department.

SALES AGREEMENT

WARNING: In accordance with the relevant law, please read our contract text below by printing it in 16 pt and dark font. CONTRACTUAL SERVICES

The subject of this contract is the SELLER's https://www.sejagroup.com/ passenger electronic departure BUYER's website, the passenger transportation process and the transportation service provided to the BUYER, as well as the relevant process of the procedures and principles. In this regard, the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers ("Law") and the Regulation on Distance Contracts dated 27.11.2014 ("Regulation" are references).

The services in question are specified in the web business (https://www.sejagroup.com/en/destinations) section;

Airport transfer, Hotel transfer, Hospital clinic transfer, Business travel, City tours, Car rental with driver,

Consists of conference transfer and services. It is possible to prepare web reservations as accommodation with online routing.

a. Seja Group is a service intermediary between the seller and the buyer, and it is a catalog and group exchange and service demonstration vehicle.

b. With this service provision, the recipient of the service should be preferred to take part in and accept the service delivery.

c. With this contract, the buyer (the user who buys the service from the internet), the seller (the company that actually gives the service) is planned. Seja Group does not accept any responsibility.

d. The buyer estimation will be related to the basic design of the subject matter, the project and the form of payment, and electronic planning that informs about the entire foreground design for the service.

e. Seja Group does not accept responsibility for force majeure, weather and natural oppositions that prevent transportation, delays, accidents, injuries, diseases, hospital expenses, additional service and transportation expenses, material and moral losses that may occur due to this reason,

f. If the Seller cannot provide the service due to force majeure, the BUYER may use one of the rights to cancel the order regardless of the general cancellation rules or to postpone the service subject to the contract until the obstacle is removed. In the event that the BUYER cancels the order in accordance with the specified conditions, the amount paid is paid in advance to the account to which the payment is made within 10 days.

g. SejaGroup.com may share the service with its business partners in order to provide this service. Under the specified conditions, it can be done by another firm or by third parties, institutions or organizations from which it receives contracted services.

PRIVACY OF YOUR RESERVATION RECORDS

A reservation code (PNR) will be given to the buyer when the reservation is made. This reservation code must always be kept confidential. Unless the reservation code given to the buyer is kept confidential, others can access the reservation information. If a group reservation is made to travel with more than one person, the same reservation code will also appear on the tickets of the other people in the group. If these people are not required to access their personal reservation information, the option of making a separate reservation may also be considered. Any responsibility arising from not keeping the reservation code confidential belongs to the buyer, and SEJA GROUP TURIZM SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI. (https://www.sejagroup.com) has no responsibility.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

The BUYER accepts and declares that the information he/she has provided will be correct in order for the service he/she has purchased through the address (https://www.sejagroup.com) (hereinafter referred to as the website) to be carried out in a healthy manner.

In order to perform the service subject to the contract, the service payment must be made through the payment channels on the website. Service fees are calculated automatically after selections are made.

In order to cancel the purchased service, the SELLER is responsible for the complete fulfillment of the paid service. The SELLER has the right not to transport passengers who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs or who endanger the safety of the driver and vehicle. Passengers who are not picked up for this reason cannot claim any rights (including refunds) from the company.

The cancellation of any article in this agreement cannot cancel other articles in the agreement or cause the termination of the agreement.

The company is not responsible for loading the goods of the person purchasing the service during the meeting.

SERVICE PERIOD

a. SejaGroup.com sells transportation and transfer services of service providers.

b. . After the provision of the Service with this Agreement, the bank or financial institution concerned, due to the unfair or unlawful use of the BUYER's credit card by unauthorized persons, not due to the BUYER's fault. In the event that he does not pay the price of the product to SejaGroup.com, the BUYER agrees in advance to make a new payment to SejaGroup.com's account within three (3) days, provided that the service has been delivered.

c. This Seja Group transfer voucher should be shown to the service provider during the service purchase and the information for the return transfer should be checked, corrected if there are any inaccuracies, this responsibility belongs to the Buyer. It is the Buyer's responsibility to determine the return time, how long it will take to arrive, and to specify the return transfer time.

d. We advise all our customers to read this agreement carefully.

PAYMENT PLAN

Seja Group provides the infrastructure for maximum secure shopping with the required ssl security certificates in credit card payments. However, it does not accept responsibility for unlawful transactions such as card theft, extra cash withdrawals, virus and pop-up payment methods that may occur in credit card payments. .

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / CHANGES AND CANCELLATION PROCEDURES

All changes and cancellations must be notified to Seja Group office by e-mail or fax. For cancellations specified 24 hours before the first transfer service, the entire transfer fee is paid to the Buyer. 50% of the specified service fee is refunded in the cancellations specified in the 24-12 hours remaining for the first transfer service. For cancellations with less than 12 hours remaining to the transfer and service period, the specified service fee will not be refunded. Please contact our customer service for all changes and cancellations.

All changes should be notified to [email protected] via e-mail, changes include changes made up to 12 hours before the specified service date and no extra charge is charged for changes made up to 12 hours before date, time, meeting time, pick-up time. An extra fee is charged for changes made within a short period of time, depending on the availability of the service provider and the feasibility of making changes.

RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES OF THE PARTIES

a. Since Seja Group sells the service provider's product, Seja Group does not accept any responsibility for product defects and is not an interlocutor.

b.Seja Group does not accept responsibility for lost property, extra fee payments, delay, accident, injury, missed flight due to force majeure, late meeting, extra hospital expenses, accommodation expenses, extra transportation expenses, and the buyer and service provider in this regard. and the insurance of the parties are responsible. Likewise, Seja Group employees, managers, representatives are not directly responsible in these cases.

c. The buyer is obliged to fill in the transfer and service information themselves, and all these specified meeting time, meeting place, pick-up time (at least 1 hour for domestic flights - at least 2 hours for international flights at the airports), transfer and service time, pick-up place The Buyer is responsible for delays and disputes arising from such matters, and cannot claim extra fees, material and moral losses for these situations, all this information is filled by the Buyer and followed by the Buyer who receives the service.

d. Service providers care about being present at the meeting time and place, but this is never guaranteed, extra expenses, payments, extra service and transportation expenses will not be accepted.

e. The waiting time at the airport for the specified service is limited to a maximum of 45 minutes for domestic flights and a maximum of 60 minutes for international lines. There is a maximum waiting period of 15 minutes from the specified date and time for return or pick-up from the hotel-address, from this moment on, the buyer cannot claim any rights, no refunds will be made.

f. It is the responsibility of the buyer to fill in the transfer information, and the buyer is responsible for the issues such as being late, not getting additional service, missing the airline flight due to this information.

g. Filling in the transfer and service information is by the buyer, and the service provider is not responsible for the hotel and address not being found or being late for this reason. Extra transportation and service expenses that may occur due to this reason are also the responsibility of the Buyer.

h. The service provider provides services in the specified vehicle category, but this is never guaranteed, so the service provider reserves the right to change the vehicle type and category.

I. For customers arriving at the service meeting point by air; It is the responsibility of the service provider to monitor the airline's delays, but this is limited to 3 hours. In case of delays of more than 3 hours, SejaGroup should be contacted. Extra charges may apply for waiting longer than 3 hours. If not accepted by the buyer, the service is not provided.

j. The meeting and waiting time with the Buyer at the time and place of the return and meeting (hotel-address-home) is limited to 15 minutes, the buyer who does not come during this period loses his right to service and no refund is made, in these cases, due to reasons such as customer service cannot reach you (mobile phone). Responsible Buyer.

All vehicles to be used for the specified services are the responsibility of the service provider, with the vehicles whose legal responsibilities and authorities have been fulfilled.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF CARRIAGE

Sales person; For security reasons or at its discretion, the passenger and/or passenger may refuse to carry his/her Baggage in the following or similar cases:

a- Passenger behaviour, age or mental or physical condition,

b- If it requires the special assistance of the seller,

c- If it causes inconvenience and objections to other passengers or poses any risk or danger to other persons or property,

d- If the passenger's failure to comply with the seller's instructions necessitates such a refusal.

e-If the Passenger has refused the security check,

f- In case the passengers are under the influence of intoxicating substances and/or narcotic substances, and arrive at the boarding terminal in a way that may affect the safety and comfort of other passengers and the cruise,

Passengers who are refused to be transported will not be refunded by the seller and no compensation will be paid in any way.

ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED AS LUGGAGE:

a- It is forbidden to carry firearms and ammunition used outside of hunting and sports purposes as baggage. Hunting and sporting firearms and ammunition carriers may be accepted as checked baggage to the extent that they comply with the rules. Firearms must be unsafe and properly packaged.

b-Seller; may refuse to carry any object as baggage due to its size, shape, weight and nature.

c- The seller may refuse to carry the baggage if it is not placed in bags, suitcases or other suitable containers to ensure safe transportation with normal care.

d-Passengers have free baggage allowance.

e-At the Destination point, passengers can receive their luggage after all their luggage has been unloaded from the vehicle.

f-Forbidden substances such as drugs are strictly prohibited. If it is determined that it has been moved, the responsibility belongs entirely to the carrier.

HANDLING ANIMALS

Dog with valid vaccination and health certificate, entry permits and other documents required by Greece (excluding dangerous dogs such as American pitbull terrier, American staffordshire terrier, bull terrier, staffordshire bull terrier, japanese tosa, dogo argentino, doberman, rottweiler) and animals such as cats may be accepted for carriage, subject to prior agreement with the seller.

  CHANGE OF CONTENT IN THE AGREEMENT AND ON THE WEBSITE.

Seja Group reserves the right to make changes in all the clauses in this contract, as well as the price and information on the site, and can make these changes at any time, and users are deemed to have accepted these changes without any extra notice.

Seja Group as a result of breach of contract, tort, negligence or other reasons; does not accept any responsibility for interruption of the transaction, error, negligence, interruption, deletion, loss, delay of the transaction or communication, computer virus, communication error, theft, destruction or unauthorized entry, modification or use of the records.

Seja Group accepts that it will not use the terms in this contract in illegal unlawful acts, the user is deemed to have accepted these terms by using the website or purchasing services, in the implementation of this contract, up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, with the Consumer Arbitration Committees https//www.sejagroup.com/ (SEJA GROUP TURIZM SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI.) is authorized by the Consumer Courts in the settlement.
